PRLog - May 18, 2012 - MECHANICSBURG, Pa. -- Each year, Client Solution Architects (CSA) holds two annual corporate meetings to accommodate CSA’s geographical dispersion; in San Diego and Mechanicsburg, Pa. The meetings are centered on providing employees with recent CSA accomplishments as well as highlighting CSA’s future goals.

On Friday, April 27, CSA held their annual West Region Corporate Meeting. Due to the increasing size and growth of CSA’s West Region, a local movie theater was reserved for employees to enjoy popcorn and comfortable seats while engaging in presentations about CSA’s accomplishments and future endeavors.
“This year's CSA West Region Corporate Meeting represented an opportunity to inform, engage and reward the entire West Coast Team on our successes over the past year and our continued path for the coming year,” said Brian Lebeau, CSA’s COO and co-founder. “These annual events ensure communication flow between the organizational and operational elements of the company, allowing a platform to further our collective understanding of CSA's Vision, Mission and Values, while also affording our growing staff a retreat form the workplace and some much needed time for celebration and camaraderie."
Meeting topics ranged from CSA’s service line approach and product differentiation, to the current state of CSA’s benefits package. The executive team also announced their commitment to continue to cover 100% of the premiums on CSA’s highly rated Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) health insurance program for employees and their families; a benefit that only 2% of firms our size supports.
CSA acknowledged some of the outstanding employee achievements over the past year and formally recognized the individuals and teams that have assisted in CSA’s growth and commitment to enhancing CSA’s reputation of superior performance.
• Individual Leadership Awards were presented to Crystal Pratt and Andrea Romero for exceptional acquisition and program management support.
• Paul Doyle and Ellen Barletto received the Team Leadership Award for their exemplary leadership and professionalism in the face of the ever-changing service acquisition requirements review board process.
• Spotlight Award recipients, included Brent Murray for his Acquisition and Program Management mastery and performance;
• The Executive Award for Distinguished Performance was given to Scott Crawford and Paul Doyle for their significant contributions to CSA’s growth and success over the past year.
At the conclusion of the corporate meeting all the west coast employees were treated to an authentic Italian family style dinner. The following day was highlighted by the annual West Coast Golf Tournament and the new CSA Bowl-Off tournament. Overall, the 2012 CSA West Coast Corporate Meeting was a triumphant success and left each employee feeling excited and enthusiastic about the future direction of CSA.
