May 20, 2012 - PRLog -- Fort Myers, Fla.  (May 20, 2012)  -  #1 Healthy Food Store leased 1,297 square feet of retail space at Lee Boulevard West, 5705 Lee Boulevard in Lehigh Acres, Florida.  Michelle Hoffmann of LandQwest Commercial negotiated this transaction for both the landlord and tenant.

Jonathan Myers represented the landlord in the lease of 2,323 square feet of retail space to Imagination Enterprises, Inc. at The Shoppes of Spring Hill, located at 1859 Commercial Way in Spring Hill, Florida.

Jeffrey Ocasio and Dale Ocasio leased 890 square feet of retail space at the Colquitt Building, 1528-1542 Broadway in Fort Myers, Florida. Bryan Myers negotiated this transaction for both the landlord and tenant.
