South Florida Mom ~ Cynthia Griner is Mrs. Palm Beach US Continental 2012

May 18, 2012 - PRLog -- Cynthia will have more opportunities to promote Alzheimer's Awareness and to improve the support our Seniors need if chosen as Mrs. Florida US Continental 2012.

"It is important to volunteer our time, share a SMILE, and lift up the spirits of our  "Forgotten One's" in our community, state, and country we live in."

Cynthia has been acting and modeling in Charlotte and the Southeast for more than 30 years.  Growing up a Dancer, studying ballet, tap, and jazz she enjoyed performing in "A Chorus Line" and at Carowinds before transitioning into modeling and acting.  

Cynthia is a SAG Eligible Actress/model and is recently signed with Patrick Talent Agency out of PA.  Her credits include Principal roles in National Commercials for AVON, Verizon, and Dick’s Sporting Goods, as well as local ads for T-Mobile, Bloom, and Home Depot.  She has appeared in Theatre, National Print Ads, Infomercials, and Fashion shows.  

An Alzheimer’s Advocate, Cynthia is CEO/Founder of Purple Passion 4 Alzheimer’s, a non-profit that raises awareness and funds to fight the disease, and to support those afflicted. She is the National Spokesperson for the Fisher Center for Alzheimer’s Research Foundation in NY.

Cynthia and her husband Joseph have been married for 21 years, and she is the proud mother of four busy boys: Andrew, Taylor, Grayson, and Coles-Albert`.

The Newly crowned Queen will represent the Sunshine State at the US Continental Pageant.   The US Continental Pageant was developed to recognize the modern woman of the 21st century.  Woman should be recognized not only for their strengths, but accomplishments achieved in life.  This pageant promotes intelligent women, women of integrity, women with strong moral values, and inner beauty.  The total package!!  The US Continental Pageant provides unique opportunities to women as they strive to reach their goals and dreams in life.The Mrs. US Continental is one of the most prestigious pageants of its kind and the only married-woman pageant that is televised on national television in over 70 countries.
