Follow on Google News | Charity Boot Camp to benefit mission for the people of Zambia, Africa3 of the top fitness trainers in Kansas City are coming together this Saturday at MCC-Longview Recreation Center at 8:30am for a Charity Boot Camp to benefit the Audacity Of Purpose mission benefiting the people of Zambia, Africa.
By: Ryan Layman The workout will feature a time and space-efficient total body weight loss workout to provide a jump-start to summer. The workout will include custom music that will instruct boot campers when to start and stop each exercise, allowing the on-site trainers to safely and effectively motivate and supervise the large number of attendees. The music is also clinically proven to improve exercise motivation and performance. Various prizes will be raffled off following the 36-minute high-intensity interval workout, including free local fitness boot camp workouts, one-on-one personal training, fitness equipment, water bottles, pedometers and more. No pre-registration for participants is necessary. Just show up on Saturday at 8:30am ready to work out for a great cause.
