Riley Cote and LiveNation Present Hemp Heals Music Festival Ft. Sublime with Rome

PRLog (Press Release) - May 17, 2012 - Hemp Heals Music Festival, featuring ska-punkers Sublime with Rome, hip-hop heavyweights Cypress Hill and punk-reggae group Pepper, is hitting Festival Pier at Penn’s Landing this summer on Saturday, August 25th. The festival is being presented by Former NHL player Riley Cote and Live Nation.

More than three amazing bands coming together on one stage for a great summer concert, the festival will also feature a vendor area for select participating businesses to promote their healthy, sustainable, organic and hemp products. The vendor space is committed to products that further the public knowledge of holistic living in addition to the incredible diversity and abilities of the fascinating hemp plant. Hemp can be made into anything from clothing, food products, paper and more.

The Hemp Heals Music Festival is dedicated to promoting healthy living through the use of hemp products and other natural and organic goods by reaching out to the public with a music festival promoting musicians and businesses with like-minded mentalities. As a professional athlete, Riley Cote uses his star power to bring attention to social and medical issues. He hosted The Cote Carnival with Multiple Sclerosis Association of America (MSAA) with great success gathering thousands of fans and supporters to raise over 42K for the organization.

Cote is in the process of compiling sponsors, donors and participants for the hemp and healthy living promotional festival.
