The RSC-1401CW laminates a variety of substrates up to 55” wide and mounting up to 1” thick with pressure sensitive films at speeds of up to 16.4 feet per minute.  Digital controls for speed, combined with silicone rubber rollers, help to deliver a perfect finish. Film supply shafts are equipped with auto-grip hubs allowing for quick and easy replacement of lamination film.  The Quick Notch system for fast mounting gap adjustment, the rear remote controls, and the start/stop foot pedal make one-person lamination quick and simple.

The Rear Wind-Up Assembly winds up long runs of laminated materials to help prevent kinking and other damage.  By adding the optional Front Feed Assembly, true automatic roll to roll capability can be achieved for simple one-person operation.

The RSC-1401HW has all the same features and specifications as the RSC-1401CW and also includes a Heat Assisted Top Roller.  The heated roller helps activate the adhesive of pressure sensitive laminates for a smooth clear finish and shorter laminate cure times. The added heat also helps reduce the phenomenon known as "silvering" when using some cold lamination films.
