We would like to thank our existing customers for their fantastic support and sound knowledge that Lighting Designs products, not only adds value to their growing businesses but to the end user as well.
Market research was conducted and found that we have only scraped the surface in regards to the market share that we have obtained thus far in the Western, Eastern And central regions. By increasing the market share will aid us in creating more awareness about our products to the end user and ultimately grow our business. There are some concerning issues that we would need to look at in order to be competitive in these areas, one of which is the cost of transport. I'm sure everyone is aware of the huge strain the petrol price has put on businesses in these current times, issues such as these have led to us increasing our transport costs to our customers, making it difficult for them to maintain market related prices. To be able to effectively and efficiently grow our market share we would need to look at different avenues such as a “distribution hub” whereby we will be able to deliver our products to our customers in a timely fashion, without adding additional unwanted costs of transport to the outlying areas.
We are in the process of streamlining our business model to ensure that we are able to achieve maximum output through minimum input all the while maintaining our superior standards, service excellence and control! Our customers’ needs are at the forefront of our business model, making sure that we provide them with what they require as well as constantly improving our products to be in line with the ever changing market.
