May 16, 2012- The crème de la crème of New York City’s finest dog lovers will join Kristy Hinze Clark and Neal Hamil at The DOG Store on the Upper East Side for a cocktail party to preview their new luxury dog product line, LEGITIMUTT, on Wednesday, May 16, 2012, 5pm to 8pm. The launch will feature a preview of the lines finest products, cocktails and goodie bags.
Created by supermodel Kristy Hinze Clark and her longtime manager, and friend, Neal Hamil, LEGITIMUTT, LLC designs and manufactures luxury products for dogs. The line provides fashionable products for our favorite four legged friends. Inspired by their beloved Schnauzers, the luxurious and glamorous product line reflects the high-flying lifestyle of celebrity pets. Every dog will want to be a LEGITIMUTT!

"The love of and from my dog opened my heart as never before about the importance of the animal world. Quite unexpectedly I developed an almost irrational devotion to animals and their protection and humane treatment. It is my truest passion and my dog and all the dogs in my life and, in fact, all dogs everywhere, are supremely important to me as they are such beautiful, loving, loyal, cognitive beings. Together with my best friend, Kristy, who loves dog and animals as I do, we formed LegitiMutt as a labor love and we have had an absolute blast in doing so. Supermodel Kristy Hinze Clark was discovered at the age of 14 in her native Australia by Neal Hamil.
