Beto Ruiz, One of the Stars of "Bibi The Princess Witch"
Newswire Services contacted the Series' Creator and Star Edie J. Adler, to comment on the Comedy Series. "Well, I have had this Brain-Child for forever it seems. I finally just said I'm gonna do it. Once we got our SAG New Media Agreement in place, we started Casting. We have a lot of great New Talent in our Cast and Crew. We did have some of the usual Production snags, as well we had to re-cast some Actors due to scheduling conflicts. Once we ironed all that out, we started shooting for the Pilot Episode. I'm really excited about the whole project. The Series has already been picked up for New Media Markets, however there was talk of developing the Show for other Markets, even before we started shooting. We are open to development, however we feel we've got a market niche even now. Either way Cast and Crew is looking forward to the Series' success.
Newswire caught up with one of the Series' main Stars, Beto Ruiz: " This is really going to be a funny Comedy Series, and I'm excited to be a part of it. I'm also Executive Producer, and it's been quite a bit to handle. At times it's proved to be extremely difficult to Produce and Star in this Series Vehicle, only because I had prior and future commitments that I had to attend. I had a Shoot in Mexico, a Major Commercial and a subsequent interview- and this work was just acting roles- not producing, which is of course more time. It took quite a bit of manuevering around my Shooting calander to get everything accomplished. I liked the Roles I played in "Bibi" because it gave me a chance to show my range as an Actor-I think I drew on some current life experiences too! {laughs}. We all {Cast/Crew of "Bibi"} are looking forward to entertaining the Audience and that's what any Actor's goal is right?"
