Based on her company’s initial performance in obtaining “Likes”, Orozova was awarded a professionally produced video about The MOD Studio to share with her customers, prospects and network.
At the program’s conclusion, FedEx chose only 3 from among the 125 participants involved in the program to receive the small business cash grants. The MOD Studio, Mandarin Flower Company and Shimmer & Bliss were selected as the winners based on written submissions.
The MOD Studio received a total of $10,000 from the contest and, according to Orozova, all of it will go right back into the business. “The goal was to enter the FedEx+Me MyStory: Austin contest to come out stronger and better positioned to grow,” Orozova says. “We plan to reinvest the money into a variety of initiatives in the company, including the purchase of some newer technology.”
