Reed brings more than 15 years of experience orchestrating operations. His career in financial services started in 1996 at Merrill Lynch. At National City Bank, Reed was recognized as a rising star while managing corporate reorganizations, performing due diligence on acquisitions, and using his Lean Six Sigma skills to redefine internal processes. He went on to work for the nation’s largest trust firm, Equity Trust Company, where he ran operations in Cleveland for the 300-person company. At Equity Trust, the company acquired two competitors and grew to manage more than 130,000 accounts and $10 billion in assets.
“Jamie’s rock-solid operations skills allow our founders to work more on the business, and not so much in the business,” added Olsen. “We can continue to focus on the enormous opportunities ahead.”
