May 16, 2012 - PRLog -- Keystone Pacific Property Management, a leading community association management company providing management services to community associations throughout Southern California, is proud to announce that Christine Padilla has earned the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) designation through the Community Associations Institute (CAI).

The PCAM designation is the highest professional designation available nationwide to managers who specialize in community association management. Experienced managers who want to demonstrate advanced skills and knowledge and who wish to be recognized as one of the best and most experienced managers in the nation are encouraged to obtain this prestigious designation. To earn the PCAM designation, managers are required to have at least five years of direct community association management experience, complete a case study, and a series of classes, and must also obtain the AMS (Association Management Specialist) designation and CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designation. Only a small number of managers achieve this designation each year.

“We are very proud of Christine earning the highest designation attainable in the field of property management”, said Denise Bergstrom, vice president of association management of Keystone Pacific Property Management. “This designation validates her hard work and commitment to continuing education and her professional development in the community association management industry.”

Padilla joined the Keystone Pacific Property Management team in 2001 as a portfolio manager and was then assigned as the on-site manager in 2008 for Crystal Cove Community Association, a coastal community located in Newport Coast, California.  Padilla oversees and trains an on-site team consisting of an associate manager, activities director, and architectural manager.  Her responsibilities as the on-site manager include asset management, financial management, staff member supervision and homeowner relations.

Padilla has also obtained the Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM®) designation through the California Association of Community Managers.
