Imagine Andrews School is comprised of 65% military youth and 35% civilian youth who live on Joint Base Andrews and in Prince George's County, Maryland. "I'm looking forward to sharing my diversity and inclusion expertise with students at Imagine Andrews because they represent our future and it will go a long way in helping them navigate their future," states Vann.
Mr. Vann attended his first diversity program while employed with Mobil Oil Company in 1989, it was titled, "The Efficacy Seminar for Minority Corporate Professionals."
Vann states, "Diversity is more than race and gender, in fact it's really about who each and every individual is on the inside." Imagine Andrews School students will be participating in an interactive program that will keep them engaged, discovering and acquiring knowledge to show them what they have in common and how they are unique.
