“Tekron’s leading position in the power industry was also further consolidated in the past year” Mr Norwood said. “We are now clear market leaders in Australia and New Zealand and during the year made significant inroads into North and South America, picking up a number of new customers in both key markets.”
“We have started the current fiscal year with confidence” said Mr Norwood. “We will be leveraging off our success of last year and will be aggressively pursuing further opportunities in the telecommunications market. In addition, we expect our market share of the power industry to increase as more and more companies adopt IEEE 1588 (PTP), the latest time protocol.”
Mr Norwood further commented, “As a company, we are extremely innovative with our R&D, customer service and sales and marketing activities. We will never sit back and rest on our laurels, but are constantly seeking ways to improve our products and services. The strategic growth initiatives we implemented last year will be actively followed through in the next 12 months.”
