Mesa, AZ - James H. Meysenburg purchased 17,080 SF for $1,000,000 at Mesa Ridge Business Park, 4545 East Norcroft Circle. Bret Isbell and Russell Fine represented the seller.

Phoenix, AZ - Arthurs Properties, LLC purchased 45,259 SF for $520,000 at 4201 East Bell Road. Kevin Helland, MBA, represented the seller.
