Braintree, MA Single-family and Condo Home Prices Rise April 2012

Aug. 18, 2012 - PRLog -- The median price and sales of homes in Braintree, Massachusetts increased in April 2012, according to data analyzed by Buyers Brokers Only LLC, an exclusive buyer agent real estate firm.

The data were compiled using MLS Property Information Network, Inc, a local multiple listing service.

Single-family homes prices rose 10.3 percent in April 2012 compared to the previous year, a difference of $30,000.  Single-family home sales in Braintree, MA rose 9.5 percent in April 2012, a difference of two sales compared to April 2011.  

In April 2012, the median price of condominiums increased 17.8 percent, or $49,910 compared to April 2011.  Condo sales remained flat with 6 sales in April 2012 and 2011.

There was one multi-family home sold in April 2012, up from zero sales in the previous month of April.
