Radio Disney 98.3 FM and Managed Health Services (MHS) Teach Local Students about Healthy Living

May 15, 2012 - PRLog -- “Radio Disney 98.3FM’s Rockin’ Recess” takes place on Thursday, May 17
(10:45 a.m.) at Caze Elementary School (2013 S. Green River Road, Evansville, IN 47715). The Radio Disney 98.3FM Road Crew and MHS mascot RosieRoo will be onsite with interactive entertainment including hula hoop challenges, dance offs and jump rope contests. Additionally, there will be health-related prizes and educational books.

Eric A. Yancy, M.D., MHS chief medical officer and practicing pediatrician, will talk with students about their health and the importance of staying active. During the program, Dr. Yancy will also present Caze Elementary with a financial donation on behalf of MHS.

“This program is an exciting opportunity for MHS to support Indiana schools,” said MHS President and CEO Patrick Rooney. “The kids receive a fun lesson about being healthy and the school receives financial support for their athletic programs.”
