Utilizing a clean, minimalistic approach, Boston Interactive designed the new website to highlight California Paints’ selection of colors and draw user attention to the company’s products. Features including the Online Color Center and Inspiration Galleries help build a connection with users and point them to the best color and product match. Each product page was designed with a dealer locator field in order to improve the efficiency and expedite the purchasing process. Social media integration allows users to directly share and recommend a color or product through their Facebook and Twitter accounts. Assuring that the website serve as a valuable resource for all of California Paints’ users, Boston Interactive developed a secure portal where dealers can login to access documents and marketing materials. The website was built using the Smartwebs content management system to provide California Paints’ the opportunity to efficiently update the website, publish custom palettes, and generate specific shades.
