AHR Expo Attendees List Their Top 10 Industry Trends

May 15, 2012 - PRLog -- In January of this year, almost 60,000 visitors from the United States and over 120 countries attended the 2012 AHR Expo in Chicago, Illinois.  The AHR Expo is the world’s largest HVACR exposition.

In the March issue of the ASHRAE Journal, a survey of industry trends was published from information compiled at the AHR Expo.  A number of attendees and exhibitors were surveyed and major industry trends emerged from their responses.  They included:
•   Energy Efficiency
•   Costs/the Economy
•   New Technologies
•   Government
•   Sustainability
•   Indoor Air Quality (IAQ)
•   Environment
•   Refrigerants
•   Training/Staffing
•   U.S.
•   O&M
