The Anglo Arab Alliance - British Luxury in Arabia

British Luxury Brands to Benefit from a Brand New Gateway into the Middle East

May 15, 2012 - PRLog -- Today marks the launch of the Anglo Arab Alliance (already being dubbed as ‘triple A’), a company set up specifically to allow the best of British to gain a foothold into Middle Eastern markets. AAA focuses solely on the rich and diverse world of UK based high end products and services.

The company steadfastly sticks to its principle of only dealing with UK based luxury brands. AAA’s Vice Chairman in Saudi Arabia, Kabir Ahmed, stated that “The decision to work purely with British luxury brands was one of the founding principles of AAA. The amount of work it takes to do what we do means that we always want to maintain focus on who we work with. By dealing solely with British brands, we have established a company which is the leading authority in its field, rather than trying to be a ‘Jack of all trades.’ Our company setup is designed specifically to aid these brands in selling their products to the Middle East. By focusing solely on one country, we give British luxury brands an unmatched level of service.”

The Middle East is experiencing a boom in the demand for luxury brands. AAA is looking to feed this growing trend with new luxury products and services from the UK. A diverse client list is essential for any company attempting this, as it allows them to cater to all aspects of this market, including a diverse age range, with over 50% of luxury purchases in the Middle East being made by the under 30s*. Such a diverse client base has given the Middle East a reputation for being a tricky market to maintain presence in, something which AAA seeks to overcome through working closely with their clients at all stages of the selling process.

The Anglo Arab Alliance also has the backing of multiple key political entities. Affiliations include the Saudi Arabia General Investment Authority (SAGIA) in the Middle East, The Royal Warrant Holder’s Association in London and UK Trade & Investment. In addition to this, AAA also has links with the British Consulate in Jeddah and the British Embassy in Riyadh. All this adds up to give AAA a strong strategic standpoint within the Middle East, allowing their customer’s access to a marketplace which has historically proven complicated and time consuming to enter.
