Efficient, as they put it, would have meant: intuitive, clear, simple and, of course, affordable”. These products were designed in collaboration with professional massage therapist to match Scionis usual characteristics: As Ricardo Almeida, Senior Software Developer at Scionis, points out, “the 14 charts are based on a traditional SOAP Note format to follow the patient from the beginning till the end, from the Reason for Encounter to the Treatment plan. Which would include the patient history and complaints, various examination (joint and muscle palpation, joint and spine posture alignment, range of motion test, muscle testing), the treatment plan and response, etc.”.
