The project, under development by Pattaya’s leading Tulip Group, has been expanded to include an 850 square meter ballroom and four additional meeting rooms in the hotel.
The project will also include four tennis courts, two for the hotel and two for condominium residents, along with a separate fitness facility, a spa and a lap pool on the car park roof. Another two fitness facilities will be included in the project’s two condominium towers.
The developers also recently unveiled a unique landscaping design that will incorporate a water park, wave pool and lazy river that includes a swim through a massive glass shark tank.
Due to be completed in three years, the mixed-use Centara Grand Residence will feature 315 residential units and a 200 room hotel managed by Centara Hotels & Resorts.
“We are offering 340 parking places in a 315 room condominium project,“ says Tulip Group CEO, Kobi Elbaz. “This has never happened in a Pattaya condominium development before.”
“Not only are we providing amazing facilities for residents and guests, we have recognized that more companies see Pattaya as an ideal destination for meetings and conventions. The demand for ballrooms is also increasing as this destination expands and becomes more sophisticated.”
Tower 2 will be officially launched on May 10 at the Siam Paragon Luxury Property Showcase in Bangkok and sales are expected to be brisk.
CBRE is sole agent and is representing the Centara Grand Residence project at the Siam Paragon Luxury Property Showcase 2012.
