At last, conclusive proof of life after death

The plaque is personalized containing the loved ones name, a unique web address, an sms short code and a QR code, all linking the plaque and it’s special location to a specific online location.

The codes destination is often an online memorial site telling the life story of the loved ones or a YouTube video showing in words and music how special he/she was.
