Kexxel Group successfully hosted another event by the superstar and beloved negotiator, Jim Thomas at Sheraton Creek Hotel, Dubai.
 
May 14, 2012 - PRLog -- Dubai, April 8-9,2012 – Kexxel Group successfully hosted another event by the superstar and beloved negotiator, Jim Thomas at Sheraton Creek Hotel, Dubai.‘The Negotiate to Win’ seminar received a huge round of applause by the participants who were fulfilled and gratified with the course outcome.  There were about 45 delegates who participated in this motivating course who achieved extensive insights and information on the topics discussed.

The famous author of the best selling book “ Negotiate to Win” delivered his 2 days training sessions outstandingly to top level professionals and decision makers who came from diverse career backgrounds in top leading multinational companies around the Middle East regions.

Jim outlined the importance of creating a win-win negotiation method instead of the common win-lose situations. He also revealed his top 21 rules of negotiating which is also known as the “Nice to do” Rules. Then, with the rules explained, he embarked the workshop with five exercises on the ways the delegates could apply in their daily professions.

Besides listening to the trainer, the delegates who attended the event had shared their hands-on experience on dealing with real case scenarios with other delegates. They were on full throttle during the discussion sessions whereby they debated multiple negotiation methods among each other. It was thoroughly a very beneficial and exciting event for all the delegates present as they were exposed to many practical usages on the tactics and skills of negotiating.
