Hyatt Capital Gate Abu Dhabi Opens Stylish Bar

May 14, 2012 - PRLog -- ABU DHABI, UAE (14 May 2012) - Privé, the ideal place to gather with friends and colleagues, or to relax after work with business associates is set to open on 23 May 2012 at Hyatt Capital Gate Abu Dhabi.

Providing a much-needed space in Capital Centre for informal drinks, satisfying cuisine, and the occasional live sports event and cigar, Privé provides something for everyone.

“Conveying a style that can be best described as ‘casual luxury’, Privé complements the iconic design of Hyatt Capital Gate Abu Dhabi, promising an experience like no other,” says Ashwini Kumar, General Manager of Hyatt Capital Gate Abu Dhabi.

Privé brings a little nostalgia to the dining room with a menu inspired by comfort food as well as the Italian homeland of Executive Sous Chef Ivan Musoni.  Dishes such as Hot Dog with Beef Frank (AED50) and Pizza Margherita (AED55) stay true to their origins, while Grilled Ciabatta sandwiches (AED60) and Curry Wurst (AED50) – a German favourite – offer an alternative dining scene.

Premium pours hail from France, Italy and South Africa while cocktails remain true to long-loved classics.  A smoking and non-smoking section will be available to enable guests to relax in an atmosphere that guarantees a pleasant experience.

Hyatt Capital Gate Abu Dhabi is an iconic landmark renowned for consistently delivering authentic hospitality and culinary expertise.

“The opening of Privé reinforces this sentiment, offering sophistication and simple cuisine guests have come to expect,” adds Mr. Kumar.

The space is complimented with specially designed furnishings made of eye-popping colours and exotic wood; plush cyan armchairs and solid wood from the Philippines creates a distinctive and urban feel.

Located in Abu Dhabi’s iconic Capital Gate building, certified by the Guinness Book of World Records as the ‘World’s Furthest Leaning Tower’, Privé lies adjacent to the Salons on the Mezzanine floor of the hotel.  

Privé is open Sunday – Friday from 7 pm – 12 midnight.  Enjoy ‘3 for 2’ on selected beverages until 1 September 2012.
