IT Support London Company, Ziptech Services Appoints Account Manager

May 14, 2012 - PRLog -- IT Support London company,Ziptech Services, hastoday announced recruitment of a new Account Manager. The appointment is part of the company’s ambitious plans to expand operations during 2012 and to provide a dedicated point of contact for clients.

The new recruit, Amardeep Malik, has been selected from Ziptech’s own IT Support London team where he has spent the past 12 months on the IT Support front line.

Jim Simpson, founder and CEO of Ziptech believes this is an important hire for the future of the company.

“Adding an account management position to the team is a significant step forward for Ziptech. We have grown by 25% over the past twelve months and this appointment will allow us to continue to improve the levels of service that we provide to our clients.”

Amardeep joined Ziptech’s IT support team 12 months ago as a desktop engineer. Prior to this he worked in automotive sales for Mercedes Benz – but always had a talent for IT and became the ‘go-to’ person for colleagues with technical problems.

Amardeep says of his new appointment:

“I am delighted to be moving into a role that combines my account management background and my love of all things technical. I look forward to working more closely with Ziptech’s IT Support client base and making a real difference to levels of customer service as the company continues to grow.”

Amardeep’s role will be effective from 1st May 2012.
