IT Support Company, Ziptech Services Announces Record Growth

May 14, 2012 - PRLog -- IT support company, Ziptech Services has today announced record annual growth with a 25% rise in revenues. The company has continued to expand taking on more service engineers to cope with the increase in clients.

CEO and founder of Ziptech Services, Jim Simpson comments,

It would be wrong of me to say that the past 12 months have been plain sailing and with any successful business there has been an awful lot of team effort put into making the company work as well as it does. But at a time when economic growth figures are depressingly low we feel extra confident that we can weather the storm.”

Ziptech Services was established in 2002 with the sole aim of providing reliable IT Support for small and medium sized businesses looking to outsource their IT function to a team of friendly experts.

Since then the client roster has continued to grow and is now in excess of 65 live clients.

Simpson puts their success down to the uncompromising focus of the business – the identification of a gap in the market and Simpson’s team filling it.

“IT support is a thorny issue for many smaller businesses. No-one wants to spend money on IT and that leads to a whole host of problems with equipment not being maintained, user frustration at not being able to do the job they were employed to do and undetected system problems going undiagnosed until they are critical. If this sounds alarmist it’s not meant to – but some of the problems we’ve seen over the years really could have been show stoppers for the businesses concerned.”

Ziptech advocate that where IT support is concerned prevention is definitely better than cure. So when clients sign up for support they pay a fixed monthly fee which includes remote diagnosis of system issues as well as unlimited telephone support for users.

Simpson concludes
