PRLog - May 14, 2012 - CHICAGO, IL -  Earlier today AKHAN Technologies, Inc., the leader in advanced diamond electron device design, released a third-party semiconductor process finding conducted by Folium Technologies’ Dr. Abe Ghanbari, entitled “Technology and Process Transfer to High Volume Manufacturing AKHAN Negative Electron Affinity Diamond Platform”.  The report reviews the AKHAN Tech process and equipment set in comparison to the standards implemented by mainstream electronic device manufacturers in the semiconductor industry today such as IBM, Intel, & Samsung, among a host of others globally.
