Celebrate Mother’s Day Poolside at the Holiday Inn Melbourne

For the main course, mom can choose from a rolled chicken breast stuffed with spinach parmesan and sundried tomatoes; a fish en croute plate featuring an Atlantic cod filet wrapped in puff pastry served with dill butter or a grilled New York strip steak topped with gorgonzola cheese and mushrooms.

“No matter if mom likes chicken, fish or even a great tasting steak, we have a great lunch planned for her special day,” Patel said. “Plus we have chicken fingers and sliders for mom’s special little guests.”

Mom’s lunch will even be better sipping complimentary champagne or mimosas. A full deluxe dessert menu winds up the celebration of mom’s special day.

“Instead of serving mom breakfast in bed for Mother’s Day, take her out to enjoy the warm sunshine and flowers at our tropical pool,” Patel said. “This will definitely be a special lunch date that mom will never forget.”

Pricing for the special lunch is $19 for adults, $18 for seniors and $11 for kids aged four to ten. The prices do not include tax or gratuity and reservations are highly recommended. Seatings are available every 30 minutes between 11 am and 2 pm.
