Dolson Avenue Medical Welcomes Dr. Clifton Burt

PRLog (Press Release) - May 11, 2012 - Dolson Avenue Medical is pleased to announce the recent addition of Dr. Clifton Burt, M.D. to their team. Dr. Burt is an interventional pain management specialist. Dr. Burt was born in Mount Vernon, NY and grew up in Tennessee. Dr. Burt played basketball for Fisk University in Nashville, Tennessee while earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry.   He then attended East Tennessee State University Medical School. Dr. Burt is very easy going and friendly. He calls himself a “blue collar guy in a white collar job.” Dr. Burt finished his residency at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA in 2001. He is licensed to practice in both New York and New Jersey. Dr. Burt has helped many patients with their debilitating back pains.  He uses alternative methods to helping patients through their back or neck pain without resorting to surgery.  

Dr. Burt has been practicing medicine since 2003 and has helped many patients over the years.  Patients who are candidates to have an appointment with Dr. Burt are those who experience back and neck pains from herniated discs. Often, the indicators of this nerve impingement or spinal disc swelling and inflammation are radiating pains down your arms or legs with numbness and tingling in your hands or feet.
