Founders Melissa Syme and Sandy Pandya started Legacy Celebration™ to offer compassion and gentleness to those who are bereaved by the death of a loved one, and to bring greater awareness to the grieving process. Having both experienced deep personal loss, they became curious about mourning traditions and rituals, and how sharing stories – on a personal level – had the potential to ease pain and quicken the mourning process.
