Tuesday, June 5 and Thursday, June 7, 7 to 9 p.m. are talent and tech talent auditions for the third annual ‘50s through ‘90s classic Old Time Rock ‘n’ Roll Concert at Unity of Delray Beach. The concert will be on Sunday, July 15 at 4 p.m.
♦FIVE DECADES OF GREAT SONGS!♦
Do you personally know some great professional singers or bands with vocalists? Or someone with an outstanding professional quality voice? A great sound expert? Maybe it’s YOU!
♦ Songs will be sung without accompaniment, a Capella, unless you sing and play an instrument at the same time, in which case you may accompany yourself, or if you audition as/with a band.
♦Please register by email or phone for the audition with show coordinator Brenda Robinson at email@example.com or call 561-742-2121 and leave your name and which night you want to sing for our judges.
Our judges will include several of our 2011 professional classic rock performers.
Our upcoming Old Time Rock ‘n Roll Concert will be Sunday, July 15, 4 p.m.. It will be held at Unity of Delray Beach, 101 NW 22nd St. at Swinton Ave., Delray Beach, Florida. There is no charge to attend this wildly popular golden era of rock event; a free will love offering is collected.
Approx. three to four rehearsals at Unity, plus dress rehearsal will be held. Compensation given to participating talent and sound tech talent is an equal share of the love offering.
