He is a member of one of Cushman & Wakefield's top producing brokerage teams and has represented multiple Fortune 500 corporations. During the past year, he has been involved in a number of notable office lease transactions, including 132,000 square feet for Verint Systems, Inc., 52,000 square feet for HCL America, 40,000 square feet for Spencer Savings Bank and 25,000 square feet for Optimer Pharmaceuticals.
