Yun FIT releases new video to help you eat healthy on the road

PRLog (Press Release) - May 10, 2012 - Jason has recently released an instructional video to show you how to eat healthy when you’re busy or on the road. All it takes is a little pre-planning. Join Jason as he prepares healthy, nutritious food to take with him on a weekend work trip to New York City. 

He shows you how to make and pack “un-wiches” of romaine hearts and roast beef, tuna salad made with veggies and healthy safflower mayonnaise, as well as nutritious snacks, such as almonds, pistachios, and hummus.
