Bennington Green Takeover Richard Neale Associates

May 10, 2012 - PRLog -- Richard Neale will become a Senior Consultant for Bennington Green and is to be based in their central Bournemouth offices joining forces with their existing team.

Richard Neale qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 1977 and became a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1987.

Having sold a long established and successful business - West London Estates Limited based in Reading - Richard Neale and his family relocated to Poole in 2006.  Richard Neale Associates Limited was established in Bournemouth during January 2007.

Richard Neale has a NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health and, having passed the necessary training and examination is a qualified CDM Co-ordinator and is listed on the CDM Co-ordinators' Register with the Association for Project Safety.

Commenting on the acquisition by Bennington Green, Richard said: ”When I was introduced to Bennington Green I admired their business strategy and work ethics so after some very exciting talks am thrilled to be joining their team.

Background

Bennington Green was established in 1992 by Damon Green, a Bournemouth based Chartered Building Surveyor.

In August 2005, the company was acquired by Nigel Soloman, a Chartered Engineer, and Keith Kirkwood, a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Bennington Green Ltd was created. 

Damon Green continues to provide consultancy services to the business and remains one of the leading Chartered Building Surveyors in the area.

Nigel and Keith have brought a new dynamic approach to the business which has helped them through the recession.  Despite the economic climate, Bennington Green continues to grow with the new services that are continually being developed to reflect the changes in the marketplace.

A focused programme of expansion and growth was implemented with a vision of building a multi-disciplined professional practice offering not only the full range of building surveying services as identified by the RICS but also a broad range of project management, commercial management, design and support services to a wide and varied range of clients in both the public and private sectors, in the UK and overseas.
