Satya Narayan Joins Royse Law Firm

May 10, 2012 - PRLog -- PALO ALTO, Calif.—Roger Royse, founder of Royse Law Firm, a corporate and tax law firm, announced today that Attorney Satya Narayan has joined the firm.  “Satya practices in the areas of intellectual property protection, licensing, and commercial transactions,” said Royse.  “She represents clients ranging from startups to public and multinational companies in the areas of software, e-commerce, cloud, digital media, semiconductor, solar and medical devices.”

“Royse Law Firm is a great fit for my domestic and cross-border intellectual property and transactional practice,” said Narayan.  According to Royse, Narayan’s cross-border transactions experience includes India, the European Union, and China.  She is located at the firm’s Palo Alto office.  Prior to joining Royse Law Firm, Narayan was a senior associate in the Technology Transactions Group at Cooley.  Before coming to the U.S., Narayan worked as an associate in the New Delhi office of Anand and Anand Advocates, a Indian law firm in the intellectual property space.

Satya Narayan received a bachelor’s degree in economics and an LL.B. (Indian laws) from the University of Delhi; she received an LL.M. with an emphasis in high technology in 2004 from Santa Clara University School of Law.  She is admitted to practice in California and India.  Narayan is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of California, the Licensing Executives Society, and the Bar Council of Delhi.
