What documents can be sent?
Any documents stored on the subscriber's computer can be easily sent to any fax machine. The subscriber simply logs into their online back office, clicks on FaxOut to send fax online, enters the receiving fax phone number, selects the document and clicks send. iTeleCenter automatically converts the document to the proper file format - whether it is a Word document, PDF, TIF or CSV file, Excel spreadsheet, or a simple text file - and sends it as if it was a fax machine.
The Send Fax Online feature keeps sent faxes organized.
As an added benefit, iTeleCenter stores all sent faxes in a folder where the subscriber can easily see the date and time the fax was sent and the number it was sent to. The document can be viewed, resent or forwarded to another recipient right from that page as well.
Receive a fax without a fax machine.
iTeleCenter also receives faxes as if it was a fax machine. Since there is never a busy signal, faxes can be received 24/7. Notifications can be set up to alert the subscriber whenever a fax is received. And best of all, the fax can be viewed right from that email notification!
iTeleCenter saves time and money – and reduces waste – with its Send Fax Online feature. Since iTeleCenter includes minutes in its monthly service fee, there are no long distance dialing charges to send a fax. Received faxes can be viewed online or via email notifications;
