The central Kansas tornado outbreak of September 25th, 1973 is the subject of a new documentary film project. Producer Ron Fent of Salina and Fent's Post Productions are offering rewards for those who participate in the project's internet-based Kickstarter campaign. Production plans include archived films, photos and sounds recorded on that day when many F-3 twisters took a heavy toll across north-central Kansas. Tornadoes struck Little River, Sundowner EastTrailer Park, New Cambria, Niles, Clay Center, Bennington, Linn and Greenleaf Kansas. Severe flooding followed. "When talking to people for this new tornado documentary," Rewards for project participation include movie posters, T-shirts, movie downloads, screen credits in the movie, Dvd copies, meals and more.
