MiX Telematics Announces Thought Leadership Series With New Website Launch

May 9, 2012 - PRLog -- BOCA RATON, FLA. – May 9, 2012 – MiX Telematics North America, a leading provider of vehicle tracking and fleet management solutions across the U.S., Canada and Latin America announced today that it will offer a free series of Thought Leadership white papers titled, “Transforming Vehicle & Driver Safety”.  The Thought Leadership series will be available to the public in a PDF format on the company’s new website, which officially launched Wednesday, May 9, 2012.  MiX Telematics will be at booth #6335-H in the Safe Driving Pavilion during the CTIA show in New Orleans from May 8 – May 10.

The Safe Driver Thought Leadership series will be authored by MiX Telematics’ leading team of driving specialists and trainers, including Chris L’Ecluse and contributing authors, such as David Spradlin and Ken Creager.  As MiX Telematics’ Master Driver Trainer, Chris has led Advanced Defensive Driving courses around the world and acted as a consultant on land transport safety issues. He was also involved in the development of the Schlumberger Safe Driver manual.

The Safe Driving Thought Leadership series is a part of MiX Telematics digital initiative to be a single source of solutions, information and training for fleet managers across the Americas.  “We’re confident this thought leadership series will be a real value-add for any fleet manager seeking new strategies to improve driver safety,” said Creager.  “There will be a total of six papers in the series, each focusing on overcoming the dangers associated with road transport through using effective Defensive Driving, Journey Management and Risk Mitigation techniques.

The Safe Driving Thought Leadership series will be available for free download beginning May 9, 2012, from http://www.mixtelematics.com/us/thoughtleadership on MiX Telematics recently re-designed website.  The updated site will provide a host of new product and service information devoted to fleet management and driver safety operations.
