They will cover the entire Long Island and New York Metropolitan areas and, if necessary, will be available to complete transactions on a National basis.

The portfolio included more than 2,500 apartment units and 500,000 square feet of commercial space. As President of Equity Realty Securities Corp., he raised over $70 million from high-net worth investors for the acquisition of Real Estates in nine states. In addition, through an affiliation with a Private Equity Investor group, he was responsible for originating, negotiating and evaluating and structuring joint ventures for the development and construction of residential single-family units and townhouses. These transactions were values in excess of $50 million.
