Celebrate Mother's Day in North Jersey by Supporting National Mom's Night Out

At The Shops at Riverside, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in an evening filled with pampering, refreshments, entertainment, fashion and beauty services, all focused on rewarding Moms.

A recent survey of 1,312 respondents conducted by BSM Media indicated the majority of mothers (58 percent) would like to spend a night out with a group of friends.

“We believe that moms deserve ‘A Nite Off,’ so Simon malls are hosting a free event where they can enjoy their favorite destination in a new way,” said Lisa Bennett, Assistant Vice President of Business Development at Simon Property Group.

The fun starts at 5:00 pm and goes until 8:00 pm.

Attendees will be treated to a variety of pampering and entertaining activities, including chair massages, hand paraffin treatments and mini manicures courtesy of The Fountain Spa; a fashion show for Moms, featuring the season’s top fashion trends; entertainment by DJ Mezo of EYEtoEYEent; tarot card readings; savory samplings from menus of the mall’s finest restaurants; special offers from participating retailers; and fabulous goodies and giveaways, including a chance to win a free makeover compliments of Saks Fifth Avenue and Halcyon Days Salon at Saks.

The first 250 to register will receive a free gift bag filled with samples and coupons from retailers at The Shops at Riverside. All event activities are free and open to moms of all ages.

These events, thanks to an alliance with Little Black Dress Vodka, are helping raise awareness for Dress for Success, an international not-for-profit organization offering services designed to help underprivileged women find jobs and remain employed.
