At CGA Integration, delivering quality products and service is paramount. Breakdowns of our systems are rare, but if they do occur we ensure that they are resolved swiftly and efficiently to minimise disruption to our customers.
CGA Integration systems are built from the highest quality components and are supported remotely using Logmein or VPN connections to help to reduce the need for call outs. However, if it is necessary for our engineers to visit your venue we will do this as swiftly as possible and if necessary, engineer visits will be made overnight or during non trading hours where Olympic traffic will be at a minimum.
