My Computer (Laptop) won’t boot at all? Cannot login to my account!

May 8, 2012 - PRLog -- When your computer won’t boot or cannot login to your account! You have to take into consideration this problem could be software or hardware issue. You may still be able to fix this problem by your self without calling Computer repair Services Company in your area. You may just need Microsoft operating system disks and some other tools.

I know you have many questions in your mind, why this happened to my computer? Did I lose my data? Was it a virus? Before I answer those questions let us do some quick diagnostics then you will find the answer for all of your questions.

Software Diagnostics:

Ask your self this question? Before this problem occurred what I had done? Did I install a new software or hardware device? Did I see windows updates or installed a new hardware driver such as video card, sound card …etc? If yes, then unplug the new hardware if that the case, or do system restore for software issue. Before you do system restore, try “Last Known Good Configuration”. Turn off your computer, turn it on again and immediately hit F8 on the keyboard many times until you get a black screen with many options, one of them Last Known Good Configuration, select it using the arrow key and hit enter. The system will reboot again by itself. If this worked then you are OK! If not, turn off the computer again, turn it on and immediately hit F8 many times until you get the black screen with Safe mode option, select it and hit enter, wait until windows load files and login to your account.
