May 8, 2012 - PRLog -- StormChaseGuide.com breaks its own record for miles traveled during one week chase with clients.

May 05,2012 ended a one week  storm chasing tours   (http://stormchaseguide.com) storm chasing tour  booked by a married couple from Massachusetts.  Clients Jim and Janice Scesny booked a one week storm chase adventure with StormChaseGuide.com beginning April 28, 2012.  During that week, the clients, led by StormChaseGuide.com owner, Robert Edmonds, traveled 3,876 miles through nine states resulting in the observation of supercells, funnels, and (unconfirmed) tornadoes.

“We had a spectacular time.  The thrill of the chase was the best part for me.  We saw a great deal of the mid west and plains states and got the opportunity to observe some fantastic weather,” states client Jim Scesny.  His wife, Janice, added, “At first I was a little apprehensive about chasing tornados but once I met Bobby and learned of his credentials and experience I relaxed quite a bit.  After the first day and seeing first hand how safely Bobby led us right up to a storm and observe it up close, I knew safety was a priority for him even though he was able to get us up close to the storms.”

Jim and Janice Scesny are a married couple from Clinton, MA who own a dumpster rental and trucking company named Ravenswood Dumpster Rental.  Although past middle aged, both are adventurous spirits and have been working on their “bucket list” for years already.  “This was a big one to check off my list of things to do.  It was everything I had imagined it would be, thanks to Robert Edmonds,” says Jim Scesny.

Robert Edmonds has been chasing storms since high school.  He works with NASA enhancing weather and climate models for Mars. Robert’s everyday job includes the nitty gritty details of weather modeling, few storm chasers & guides have such an in-depth background into weather.
