Koger Plans Product Roadshows in New York City and Luxembourg

May 8, 2012 - PRLog -- Koger, Inc., a provider of software and services for the alternative fund industry, is hosting two back to back product roadshows.  The first will be held at the renowned Yale Club in New York City on May 15th.  The second will be at the Hotel Le Royal in Luxembourg Thursday, May 24th, 2012.  Both these events will bring together fund managers, fund administrators, lawyers, accountants, and consultants to discuss current industry trends and new developments.  Topics will include: fund structures and fees, implementing offering memorandum, compliance (KYC, AML, FATCA), interaction with investors, straight through processing, valuations, shadow accounting, and transparency. The events, which are invite only, will include presentations of Koger’s world leading transfer agency platform, NTAS, as well as Koger’s fund accounting solution, IKAS.
