Maciej Krzyżanowski has been appointed as the new CEO of ATM S.A.

May 8, 2012 - PRLog -- Maciej Krzyzanowski graduated from the Faculty of Physics at the University of Warsaw in 1989 and has the PhD in particle physics (University of Warsaw, 1995). He has been in telecommunications industry for over 15 years and since 2002 has been with ATM S.A. holding the position of Sales Director in Telecommunications Services Division (2002-2006) and from 2006 till May 2009 was the Division’s Director.

Maciej Krzyzanowski has long-term experience in sales management and management of advanced telecommunications solutions. Under his direction for the last three years telecommunications business of the company has noted constant growth of the revenues and operations financial results, and the company has been promoted to become one the largest telecommunications operators providing services for business and has become the leader of data center market in Poland and a significant data center operator in the CEE region.

The appointment of Maciej Krzyzanowski as President of ATM S.A. Management Board allows ATM to focus strictly on the telecommunications, especially on data center and data transmission services.

Former President of ATM S.A. Management Board — Roman Szwed — will concentrate on ICT services development holding the position of President of the Management Board of ATM Systemy Informatyczne S.A., which since April 29th, 2012 has been an independent from ATM S.A. company due to the Extraordinary General Meeting resolution concerning the division of ATM S.A. In May, 2012 shares of ATM Systemy Informatyczne S.A. will be independently from ATM shares listed for the first time on WSE.

ATM S.A. is a telecommunications company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Under the brands of ATMAN and Thinx Poland the company offers telecommunications services based on its own fiber networks and data centers. Key elements of ATM’s offer include: Internet access, broadband data transmission, colocation and hosting. The company also provides telephone and telecommunications outsourcing services.
