Dave Sharp will be performing in this mulit-media concert along side musicians from India, the US and the Michigan Philharmonic Orchestra. For the first-time ever, Indian film and classical music will unite in an exceptional orchestration for Bollywood in the D, premiering Saturday, May 19, 2012, 7:00 p.m. at the Music Hall Center for Performing Arts in Downtown Detroit.

This multi-media concert, presented by the Michigan Philharmonic along with music professionals and singers from India, was envisioned by the creative genius of American-Indian producer and director, Narendra Sheth.
Sheth has produced Indian concerts for more than 40 years, aspiring to promote his culture in Southeast Michigan.
“The Bollywood in the D concert brings with it a message of ethnic and musical fusion on the stage,” said Sheth. “Cultural awareness is always a goal; the real impact will be the life enrichment.”
