“With the opening of Northeast ER, North Suburban Medical Center is enhancing the quality and convenience of emergency healthcare services for residents of North Thornton,” noted Jennifer Alderfer, North Suburban Medical Center CEO.
Northeast ER is fully-staffed with board-certified emergency physicians and emergency-trained nurses and specialists and, in partnership with the Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children, features a pediatric ER for pediatric emergencies. The facility boasts the latest emergency diagnostic and surgical equipment available with in-house imaging and ultrasound departments;
“Our goal is to provide complete, convenient medical access, a little closer to home, for area residents,” stated Alderfer. “This facility is just the beginning of North Suburban Medical Center’s 9-acre Northeast ER campus which will also hold medical office buildings and a complete, ambulatory surgical center.”
HealthONE-North Suburban Medical Center is a 157-bed licensed hospital with two adjoining medical office buildings, 550 physicians on staff, a Musculoskeletal Surgery Center, Diagnostic Sleep Disorders Center and Center for Weight Loss Surgery.
