The Deborah Group Announces New Workshop Helping Professionals Develop Critical Interpersonal Skills

May 7, 2012 - PRLog -- DOYLESTOWN, PA - The Deborah Group, a consulting firm providing teambuilding, project and talent management coaching announces a new unique workshop titled, “TLC for Business ®.” The workshop is designed to help professionals better manage the human side of business by honing and developing three high-impact interpersonal skills: teambuilding, leadership and communication.

Prior to the workshop, participants will take an online assessment to help them better understand their communication style, workplace motivators and values.  A custom report is provided and supplemented with hands-on exercises to enhance participants’ understanding of their unique style and how to leverage it to become a stellar performer. Participants learn the ability to influence no matter what their role or level within organizational hierarchy.

The one day workshop will be held at Germantown Academy in Fort Washington, PA on Saturday, June 2, 2012.  The cost is $349 with early registrants eligible for a $50 discount through May 25.  Additional workshop dates are Saturday, September 15 and Saturday, November 3.
