One of the many fun things taking place with the We Love Manchester 10K Run is a Corporate Challenge, open to all businesses. In it, the first three runners from each team will contribute towards a challenge. As well as being a great way to raise money for excellent causes and compete against rival firms, there are prizes available for winning teams.
Meanwhile, the event will coincide with the third annual Toddler Trot for under 8s, which consists of one lap of the Regional Athletics Arena's track. Plus, mums and dads are allowed to accompany their child on the track,
"This event is a great way to raise money for your chosen charity," the firm's spokesperson said. "Each year, we choose a charity to support and in 2012 we've opted for We Love MCR. However, each runner can choose the cause they'd to support through sponsorship."
